Level 1 - Discipline - Power On! (14 days of meditation mind training)
Learn to build a strong and steady practice through Motivation. Must be a serious practitioner to enroll. Daily attendance is expected.
Level 2 - Practice - Calm (21 days of meditation mind training)
Cultivate calm from strengthening the groundwork upon the practice of Discipline.
Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 1 or have at least 1 month of consistent and steady meditation practice of your own.
Level 3 - Wisdom - Peace (steady on-going meditation practice following the 21 day course or more)
Achieving clarity and insight from sustained practice of Calm.
Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 2.
