Hot Yoga

26 & 2

This class design is the traditional Bikram hot yoga sequencing of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises; standing and floor series. The room is heated to 105 degrees.

Silent 26 & 2

This practice is for those looking to take their existing practice a step further, no instruction will be given.

Yin

A slow-paced style in which poses are held for prolonged periods of time, increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Slow, concise and quiet class. * Requires two blocks.

Flow / Flow & Yin

A fusion of the 26 & 2 sequencing with a Vinyasa flow.

For Flow &Yin, 15 mins of Yin practice is added.

Lu Jong - Horse.jpg

Lu Jong

This ancient Tibetan self-healing practice is a series of movements and breathing techniques inspired by The Five Elements. Designed to strengthen and increase range of motion in the body, and a balanced mind. The temperature of the room is lowered for this class design.

Pilates - online

A core-centric sequence of movements and exercises designed to work the whole body from the perspective of the abdomen specifically.

Blocks and Pilates ball are recommended.

Bands

Resistance bands are used in the 26 & 2 standing series. This technique allows for optimal muscle activation and joint control providing tactile feedback to guide the body. * Requires 3 resistance loop bands and one pair of custom-measured TheraBands. Available for purchase at the studio.

In this class, you will enhance your practice by exploring the familiar Bikram sequence with additional poses.

The key points that highlight this method is to help build upper body strength, increase hip mobility, and gain balance through core work.

All levels of practitioners are welcome!

This steady yoga marathon is the Sun A sequence repeated 108 times.

Session is given on special occasions.

Shiné Meditation

This method comes from an ancient Tibetan Lineage shared through

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche

Level 1 - Discipline - Power On! (14 days of meditation mind training)

Learn to build a strong and steady practice through Motivation. Must be a serious practitioner to enroll. Daily attendance is expected.

Level 2 - Practice - Calm (21 days of meditation mind training)

Cultivate calm from strengthening the groundwork upon the practice of Discipline.

Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 1 or have at least 1 month of consistent and steady meditation practice of your own.

Level 3 - Wisdom - Peace (steady on-going meditation practice following the 21 day course or more)

Achieving clarity and insight from sustained practice of Calm.

Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 2.

* Must register for Day 1. Once you register you will receive an email with the information needed and you are automatically enrolled for the duration of the course.
